At The Abbeville we offer fresh, rustic and seasonal pub dining with daily changing specials and a separate lunch and dinner menu, all courtesy of head chef Andrew Heffernan.

Typical dishes on the menu include saffron risotto with seared scallops, or a seafood tasting platter. For your main course tuck into the likes of salad of char-grilled marinated lamb rump, cherry tomatoes and salted ricotta over rocket, or whole plaice grilled with lemon butter. For those with a sweet tooth succumb to banoffee pie or a ginger pudding with butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream.

Be prepared to book early to guarantee a table on Sunday. The Abbeville’s traditional roasts served with all the trimmings, including the crispiest roast potatoes in town, are a real hit with the regulars.
